We are seeking a skilled Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our People and Culture function on a temporary basis for a period of 9 months. This role is pivotal in supporting the Royal Society of Chemistry's exceptional employee relations services, working closely with managers and staff to deliver professional and responsive People and Culture advisory support. You will be a technical expert in employee relations, proactively managing cases and contributing to policy improvements across our international organization.
At the RSC we embrace flexibility and offer hybrid working, which means our teams come together when they need to collaborate.
Although this role is contractually based at our Cambridge office, you will be able to work from home within the UK, with the expectation that you will attend the office as needed for your role.
In this role it is expected that you will attend the office a minimum of once per month. If you need flexible working arrangements, please outline this in your application.
